1. The service
Pixel Studio provides browser-based image editing, local projects, optional accounts and cloud sync, public sharing, and third-party AI processing. Some features may be experimental or limited by your browser, device, quota, third-party services, or maintenance.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information and protect your Google Account, browser session, and personal API tokens. You are responsible for activity through your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, promptly revoke tokens, sign out affected devices, and contact us through the support contact. You must not share administrator credentials or attempt to obtain another user's account or projects.
3. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in content you upload, edit, or create. You grant Pixel Studio and necessary service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to store, transmit, process, display, and output that content only to operate features you request. You represent that you have the right to use the images, text, model prompts, and other material you submit.
4. Cloud, sharing, and AI
Cloud sync is an additional copy of local data and should not be your only backup; keep local copies and exports of important work. Anyone with a public share link may be able to access the shared content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Review it before use and follow applicable model and third-party provider terms.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, exploitative, or harmful activity. You must not distribute malware, evade security or quota limits, disrupt the service, scrape data without authorization, or attempt to access accounts, tokens, projects, or infrastructure that do not belong to you.
6. Service changes and account action
We may modify, limit, or suspend features for security, legal, maintenance, cost, or product reasons. We may suspend online features for accounts that violate these terms, create a security risk, or consume unreasonable resources. Where reasonably possible, we will provide an explanation or recovery path. Suspending a cloud account does not automatically delete local browser data.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as available and as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI output is suitable for professional, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk use. Liability for data loss, lost profits, indirect, or consequential damage is limited to the extent that applicable law permits.
8. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service, delete cloud projects, and revoke tokens at any time. We may update these terms and will change the date on this page; where reasonable, we will notify you of material changes. If one part is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
